30‑Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date you receive your Nadesse order to request a return or exchange.

Return Eligibility

  • Product must be unused, in its original sealed packaging, with all labels and tags intact.

  • You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email help@nadesse.com with “Return Request” in the subject line.

  2. Include your order number, the product name, and reason for return.

  3. Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.

  4. Ship the package back; items returned without an approved RMA will not be accepted.

Non‑Returnable Items

  • Opened or unsealed supplement bottles

  • Items past the 30‑day window

  • Gift cards or promotional products

Damages & Incorrect Orders

Inspect your shipment upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Email help@nadesse.com within 7 days

  • Attach photos of the product and packaging
    We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.


Exchanges

To exchange, return your original item for a refund, then place a new order for the desired product.


Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval (typically within 2 business days).

  • Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • If you haven’t seen your refund after 15 business days, please check with your bank, then contact us at help@nadesse.com.
