30‑Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date you receive your Nadesse order to request a return or exchange.
Return Eligibility

Product must be unused, in its original sealed packaging, with all labels and tags intact.

You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return

Email help@nadesse.com with “Return Request” in the subject line.

Include your order number, the product name, and reason for return.

Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.

Ship the package back; items returned without an approved RMA will not be accepted.
Non‑Returnable Items

Opened or unsealed supplement bottles

Damages & Incorrect Orders
Inspect your shipment upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Exchanges
To exchange, return your original item for a refund, then place a new order for the desired product.
Refund Processing

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
